Within Oman: 1 to 2 business days
Middle East Countries: 2 to 4 business days

Muscat: 2.5 OMR
Other Cities in Oman: 3 OMR
Middle East Countries: 5 OMR

4. Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS. This allows you to track your shipment in real-time.

5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently deliver across Oman and to Middle East countries. For areas outside these regions, delivery is currently unavailable.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
In case your order is damaged or lost during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will assist with a replacement or refund.

7. Customs and Duties
