1. Shipping Policy

We deliver our products to all GCC countries, with a focus on the UAE. Shipping is handled by third-party courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery. We strive to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and efficiently. Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and shipped within the specified timeframe.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Within Oman: 1 to 2 business days
Other GCC Countries: 4 to 10 days (Depending upon location)

Oman: 14.31 AED (Free delivery on order over 143.11 AED.)
UAE: 14.31 AED (Free delivery on order over 200 AED.)
Qatar: 37.69 AED
Saudi Arabia: 76.32 AED
Kuwait: 95.41 AED
Bahrain: 95.41 AED

Delivery charges outside UAE will be calculated and shown on the checkout page, based on the country and shipping location.

4. Avoid Delivery Delays

Please ensure that you provide your complete shipping address, including area, building number, and correct contact number, to avoid any delay in your delivery.

5. Payment Confirmation

After completing your payment, you will receive an order confirmation email at your registered email address. This email will serve as confirmation that your payment was successfully processed and your order has been placed.

6. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS. This allows you to track your shipment in real-time.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently deliver across UAE, Oman and to other GCC countries. For areas outside these regions, delivery is currently unavailable.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

In case your order is damaged or lost during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will assist with a replacement or refund.

9. Customs and Duties

For international orders, any applicable customs duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Please review your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

10. Cancelation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
